Language filtering is now applied to consumer product reviews and store reviews, automatically detecting and filtering out profanity to maintain a clean review experience.
Category pages now include AI-powered themed rows that automatically highlight relevant products, including Highly Rated products, Under $25, Sativa, Hybrid, CBD, and Indica.
Ecommerce Premium
Retailers on Premium can now generate embeddable menu row scripts to showcase product or deal rows directly on any page of their website.
A new Jane AI-assisted shopping experience guides shoppers through conversational questions to help narrow down product recommendations, with personalized insights into why a specific product may be a good fit.
SEO meta tags are now automatically applied to menu pages — including featured, specials, and category tabs — on Standard and Premium menus, improving search engine visibility.
Retailer controls
Retailers can now add up to three links per checkout agreement on Ecommerce menus, giving more flexibility to include terms, policies, or other required disclosures at checkout.
Required medical checkout fields — including medical ID and expiration date — can now be configured for kiosks directly in the Business Dashboard, helping stores ensure compliance with patient identification requirements.
Nearest dollar rounding is now available, allowing retailers to round cart totals to the nearest dollar for a cleaner checkout experience and ACH payment compatibility.
Metrc test results reported in milligrams will now convert to percentages correctly when syncing to Jane.
Standard menu templates will now better handle compilation errors and validate auto-imported templates without breaking the menu.
Kiosks will now generate QR codes reliably and maintain authentication without requiring frequent re-login.
Global specials will now populate on store menus without requiring a manual resave or republish.
Promo code specials will no longer appear on public-facing menus when they should be hidden.
Google UTM parameters will no longer drop when shoppers click into specials from ad or search traffic.
Banner images on Premium menus will no longer be cut off by max width constraints.
A more prominent location callout is now available in the Premium basket to help shoppers confirm their location at checkout.
Publishing a special without stores selected will no longer cause it to appear active on all menus.
The carousel editor will no longer return a server error when making edits.
The Brands page on Marketplace will no longer incorrectly display unrelated content.
Copyrighted product names from approved gear and merchandise partners can now be self published on menus.
Discount images uploaded by POS partners will now sync through directly to Jane Ecommerce menus
POS pick tickets are now organized by product category, matching the Ecommerce pick ticket layout for a more consistent fulfillment experience.
Nickel rounding on POS in Colorado will now round amounts under $0.05 up rather than down to $0.00, ensuring compliance with state rules that prohibit $0 cannabis items.
