MyHigh optimized menu
  • Updated our menu design based on data-driven recommendations to offer customers a new personalized shopping experience. Highlights include an intuitive navigation, a “buy again” row, images in the communication banner, and a new sign in prompt.

Allow users to switch and add bank account for Jane Pay.
  • Added a more flexible flow for customers who pay with ACH so they can easily change which bank account they use during checkout.

  • Retailers will now have the option to use their own reCAPTCHA through their website instead of through the Jane site.

  • Loading and filtering from the completed orders tab in the Retail Dashboard will no longer be delayed.

BioTrack discrepancy tool
  • Built a compliance tool that allows retailers to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies between BioTrack and JanePOS.

Delivery queue enhancements
  • Released the new Delivery Manager and Driver Manifest experiences that add filtering, sorting, bulk actions, driver manifests, and improve the flow connecting orders to customer profiles.

Close out report
  • Built a new analytics report to help partners reconcile their cash flow with all of their transactions across each of their terminals.

Customer check-in redesign
  • Released a redesigned customer check-in interface for looking up and creating profiles with ease through ID scanning.

Product tagging redesign
  • Redesigned the product tagging interface, which enhances the look and feel of the functionality.

New till report
  • Built a new till report for retailers to balance their cash drawers at the end of a shift.


Resolved.png
  • Price discrepancy bug, which caused incorrect reporting on some sales, has been fixed.

  • Web socket connection state when the connection is closed has been improved and there is now a button on the advanced settings page to forcefully connect and resubscribe to the web socket service.

  • CATM and other customer payment types will now reset total amount tendered when a new till is opened on the new till report.
